COMMUNICATE- SUPPORT – PRESSURE

When in doubt, do one of the above

-          Is a fast-paced high-scoring game

-          Is played in two 7 minute halves with a 1 minute half time.

-          Scoring is carried out the same as 15s

-          Field is the same size as a 15s field

-          Extra Points are made from Drop Kicks only (No Tees)

-          Scoring Team Kicks off

-          Slower guys in the center faster guys on the outside

-          3 man Scrum

-          Single Pod Line out

o   Line outs should be thrown off the top to the hooker (who just threw in) who will in turn pass the ball out to the remaining players

-          Do not commit more than one man in a RUCK

o    The more people in the ruck the fewer you have in your offensive or defensive line.

-          Let the ball do the work.

o   Pass the ball before you are in trouble.

o   Look Where you are passing

o   Be creative

o   This is not a game of who can run through the most people and break the most tackles, this is a game of finesse, skill and speed.

-          Follow your passes

-          Always move as a single unit on defense ONE FLAT LINE.    

o   If a line is staggered on defense, it can easily broken through

o   Maintain your lane and slide with your mirrored man (Like Foosball)

-          Don’t miss tackles-

-          If you get behind the other teams defensive line, run like hell. 

-           No Fighting
